Pavilion’s Community Offer getting stronger and stronger

Since opening in March the Ashbourne Sports & Community Partnership (ASCP) Offer is getting stronger and stronger.
Ashbourne community organisations are now using the new Pavilion as their new home to provide a wide range of community and leisure opportunities. This includes:

• Ashbourne Cinema
• Tea, Talk ‘N’ Tech, providing one to one computer training for local residents
• Ashbourne Bingo
• Derbyshire Dales District Council’s Health and Well-Being programmes
• Employability training for QEGS students

To help manage this expanding community service the ASCP is looking to appoint a Community Coordinator.

Do you want to help local community organisations in Ashbourne maximise their potential?
If the answer is Yes, then Ashbourne Sports & Community Partnership (ASCP) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to help manage the Partnership’s Community Offer at the new Pavilion on Ashbourne Recreation Ground.
Experience of sport and community work particularly, specifically in the Ashbourne area, will be helpful.
Hours of work – 10 per week, minimum subject to discussion.
